Purchased new pair of glasses and paid cash at the Auburn Mall, Auburn, Ma. Realized the frames were larger and heavier than originally pair I wanted so I returned a few days later.

No problem returning however, I needed to have my refund mailed to me in the form of a check.

That irritated because I wanted the refund to possibly find glasses elsewhere asap.

I was told it usually takes 4 business days to receive, but no longer than 2 weeks.

Impossible to contact Lenscrafter by 800 # " All agents busy, call back later. Couldn't contact via email from their website. Because they require you log-in and the page insisted my email address is invalid.

Went to store location, give another number to try....

after prompting to agreeing to take a survey, I got someone on the phone.

They now have to contact the store to verify ( gave info from refund receipt etc.) then find out where the check is.

Bottom line, it's been THREE weeks and I still have not received my refund.It's now been.

Monetary Loss: $318.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
