Greenville Haywood Mall: Got an eye exam, then waited 45 min. for NO ONE TO HELP me pick out frames.
Stupidly, went back with a designer frame I purchased from the a year earlier and asked for new prescription lens to be installed in them. Two weeks later, got a call that they had "LOST" my frames. Another two weeks later, got a call that they had replaced my "lost" frames and they were ready for pickup. Went into the store, tried on the new glasses - WRONG PRESCRIPTION.
Their response, "SORRY, we can get you another frame with the right prescription for 1/2 off or you can have the frames back with no lenses.
WTF!!! Getting a full refund.
