First, where should read were, on my first post, to angry to proof read. I took my glasses to another vendor, they informed me that the anti-glare coating on my lenses was defective, and should be replaced, no questions asked.

Went back to Lenscrafters, and was told to pound sand again by the, HBIC at the store located in the, Summit Sierra Mall, on the Mount Rose Highway, Reno Nevada.

As for washing my glasses in hot soupy water, what else are you suppose to use to wash the grit off before you clean them with a soft cotton cloth. I got a price from Walmart, top of the line lenses, full repair with my prescription $200 out the door.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $760.

Preferred solution: Replace my lenses.

LensCrafters Cons: Cheap lenes, Sub standard lenses.

Um no you don't wash optical lenses with hot soapy water! What an ***.

You think you should apply HEAT to a coated lens? And put soap (chemicals) on it as well? Common sense. And why do you have "grit" on your glasses?

Gross.

You use the spray they sell that costs like $2. Why else would they sell it?
