LensCrafters review in Levelland, Texas: Poor Service after the sale

Went back for adjustment. Took forever to be waited on - then asked for replacement nose pads and was told there would be a charge. Only picked up the new glassed a week ago. This plus the attitude of the store pissed me off. Went home, got my old glasses and returned the new ones to the store for a refund. Person who handled the refund was, however, very nice and helpful.

Update*** It’s gets worse. So since I have to work and my wife works somewhat close to Lenscrafters she takes them up there for me.

The guy swaps out the lens.

She brings them home and wow they’re wrong yet a 3rd time. This is the same RX I have in my current glasses...

Bought glasses at Fairview mall Had glasses less than two days and nose pads come off. I have older glasses over ten years and this has never happened Paid almost 500 and cannot wear them Poor service and do not even want to bother again!

I also had a very bad and expensive experience with Lenscrafters. Yes, they have all the wonderful machines that are supposed to make sure you get the exact lenses, but I found out after $1,100 later that all of that meant nothing.

I couldn't see and took them back, new lenses were put in and I still couldn't see. I certainly will never recommend Lenscrafter.

Details
lenses started bubbling after 6 months and all they offer is 20% off new lenses because we did not purchase insurance and we were also not told that they may bubble with the anti-reflective layer. Not spending another dime here. They didn't even care when I told them I would prefer to take my business elsewhere if they could not stand by their own work. Little things like this are what make or break a business for me and that did it. I wish there was far less greed in the world and people would stand by their work like they use to in the past.

Lenscrafters in Foley, AL. was very unprofessional when I requested to their manager, Clark, that I wanted to purchase a certain pair of glasses. As the salesperson, Clark continued to argue that I should not buy those and should buy what he chose for me. I left the store, and tried again later. He still acted rude and tried to advertise my personal information to various people in the store. Then I left for good, and was not able to purchase what I wanted. Do not try to buy glasses at Lenscrafters in Foley, AL.

I went to the LensCrafters at Firewheel in Garland. My first time there and my last. I didn't realized that they had overcharged me on a pair of glasses until a couple of days later. The price on the tag was lower than that of the charged price on the receipt. Seem simple enough to go back and have them reimbursed the difference. That didn't happen. They said that the price on the tag was incorrect. So, they didn't reimbursed me. Any other places would have honor their mistakes. She grabbed my frames and cut off the tag. Needless to say I will not patron any LensCrafters ever again.
