THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, ALL I CAN TELL YOU JUST STAY AWAY FROM LENSCRAFTERS TJMAX PLAZA THE MANAGER SARA BY THE WAY HOW SHE TREATS CUSTOMERS MADE THAT STORE THE WORS STORE IN THE AREA IM LON G TERM CUSTOMER I DID A LOT OF BUSINESS WITH LENSCRAFTERS DURING THIS PAST YEARS THE FIRST TIME I HAD AN ISSUE AND I WAS SEEKING SOME HELP AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS SARA WAS ALWAYS EITHER ON LUNCH OR BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS YESTERDAY I WAS ABLE TO TALK TO HER ON THE PHONE FOR THE FIRST TIME NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AT ALL DIDNT INTERDUCE HER SELF DIDNT ASK ME FOR MY NAME ALL SHE TOLD AFTER 30 DAYS THERS IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TELLING ME I SHOULD BUY INSURANCE SHE HAS NO SKILLS AT ALL MADE FEEL LIKE IM JUST A NUMBER I LL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND I LL MAKE SURE THAT I SHARE THIS EXPERINCE WITH EVERYBODY I KNOW THERE IS A THOUSANDS OF PLACES CHEAPER AND PROVIDES BETTER SERVICE . SO STAY AWAY FROM LENSCRAFTERS TJ MAX PLAZA MANCHESTER NH ALL WHAT THEY WANT ITS JUST YOUR MONEY
