LensCrafters review: Ray Ban frames make a clicking noise and sense falls out.

My wife and I bought glasses on 3/30/19. During the first 30 days I had 4 adjustments. The frames make an annoying clicking noise which they claim is normal. The sense also falls out. I would have exchanged them but the store said its just an adjustment. Finally I asked for a replacement. Lens crafters simply referred to their 30 day policy. They claim the frame is not defective. Therefore they are saying that the clicking noise and the sense falling out is normal. Additionally, they act as if they do not even care!

Bought an expensive pair of Oakley prescription glasses. Earsocks ripped. Store at fairview mall in toronto said sorry we do not stock those and cannot get replacement. Have to go to Oakley or can buy a new pair. Oakley says sorry we do not have replacement parts. Will not deal with lenscrafters or oakley again.

She wasn’t warm and fuzzy enough for your delicate little flower self? She didn’t make you feel welcome? She didn’t thank you and say bye-byes? .

. . . Yet you still gave them your money!?

I couldnt see out of my new contacts, so i checked the power on the box. They gave me the wrong power. I took them back thinking it was a simple mistake. Judy the manager told me there was no way they sent me expired contacts. So not only did they give me the wrong power but expired? Telling me they didnt send that box to me. Now im out money for the contacts and no contacts.

Sounds like your “shopping” for an answer you like if you’ve talked with several employees. How exactly are you glasses faulty?

Maybe it’s something you did. . . Take them off and on with two hands.

Don’t wipe them on your shirt. Don’t wipe them dry. Don’t leave them in your car. When they are not on your face, keep them in their case.

Some best practice tips for you! ; ) If a pending charge is on your card it may take a few days to fall off and maybe you need to talk to the card company about it. LC higher ups don’t care about you or their employees.

LensCrafters review in Levelland, Texas: Poor Service after the sale

Went back for adjustment. Took forever to be waited on - then asked for replacement nose pads and was told there would be a charge. Only picked up the new glassed a week ago. This plus the attitude of the store pissed me off. Went home, got my old glasses and returned the new ones to the store for a refund. Person who handled the refund was, however, very nice and helpful.

They have a new store that opened in december. Everyone got 50% off eyeglasses including lens. Problem is I ordered superthin lens. The lens is noticeably thicker than my glasses that are superthin. Optician claims its either the prescription or the frame size. I dont buy that when i hold them up to compare. Paid $25 extra to have corners buffed down. Hardly any difference at all in thickness. This is not the first time Ive had opticians pull the thin vs superthin trick on me. I had to visit three optometrist shops in california before I got the real deal on superthin lens. Other places lied and i refused the pair they offered even if cheaper. Most likely even though the customer service was acceptable I will not be returning if I can help it.

L.C. ships stuffs vis U.P.S.

They need to create a shipping label to mail anything and this can not be discounted. So one of the ways around that is to give a discount on lenses. This is probably what they did for you and you still want to complain? You got your little discount and it’s not enough.

You still want a response because “this isn’t right”. Man of principle? Man of Pettiness! Man of Pretentiousness!

Be happy with what you got and go home. Geeez.

Sounds like your lenses had heat damage. Left in a car or something.

Even if it’s just one time for few minutes it could happen. Even if you’ve done it before many times. They are not defective, this is neglect.

Also, after a year who knows what could have happened to the lenses. To say it’s defective makes no sense.
