Very disappointed with the service. I ended up paying more money to fix the problem they caused.
Was told that she was new and very sorry but if I wanted my glasses fixed I would need to pay more money. 3 weeks later without my glasses and I couldn’t drive home. I want all my money back. This was my face the next morning after I had the new glasses.
Plus I fell when stepping down from the curb because my new progression lens where wrong. Was told she was new and a first time user should not have been put in these type of lenses. Had a really bad reaction to the lenes had to take a steroid shot and 12 days of steroid pills. Ruined my vacation too because I cannot Drive without my glasses and my eyes blew up.
Two weeks was crazy to wait for glasses that arrived damaged and needed to be remade a 3rd time. Never again
