Sounds like your “shopping” for an answer you like if you’ve talked with several employees. How exactly are you glasses faulty?

Maybe it’s something you did. . . Take them off and on with two hands.

Don’t wipe them on your shirt. Don’t wipe them dry. Don’t leave them in your car. When they are not on your face, keep them in their case.

Some best practice tips for you! ; ) If a pending charge is on your card it may take a few days to fall off and maybe you need to talk to the card company about it. LC higher ups don’t care about you or their employees.

Heath ohio location made my lenses incorrectly. they put PRISM on them when my prescription didn't call for it. 10 months later when I got a second pair from someone else, I couldn't see with new glasses; I ended telling me my old had prism. had tough time getting used to second pair (the correct pair); still dealing with problems. when I asked to speak with regional mgr due to attitude of store mgr; he never bothered to call me back. so if you can afford lenscrafters, at least make sure u have the correct lenses when u walk out the door.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses here at the Reynoldsburg Ohio location and the sales person did not warn me of the underlying problems with Oakley brand .. Being as expensive they are I'll have to wear slippery glasses for two more years since the associate was in a hurry to make a sale .. I have to go in for adjustments every month .. Pls stay away from this lens crafters location . It doesn't seem like they know what they are doing .. Regards, Sandeep

I bought a pair of glasses about a year ago after I got the glasses about 3 months in my lenses crack it look like little fractures all the way around the out side of the lenses, took them back they gave me some trouble but did replace them after I fuss now one lens is doing it again so mad I will never buy from them again

Got new glasses and were blurry as *** , could read all the signs and such without them , then the *** little salesman tries to cop an attitude because he said that's normal. I'm supposed to pay $350 for blurry vision. Lenscrafters in Canton sucks.

Westfield Franklin Park location of Lenscrafters provided me excellent service. From the professional and thorough exam to receiving my glasses in an hour, the level of service was amazing. 2 weeks after having them, an issue occurred with one lens. I had not purchased insurance for them, but they replaced it, no questions asked. I will be repeat customer!
