I paid $398.90 cash for a pair of glasses. ordered on the 27th of January and came back the 29th to cancel.

They had not been made and they cancelled my order. but they would not give me my cash back.because they did not carry that much cash in the register and they said 99% of their purchases were with credit cards. They store manager said corporate would send me a check in 5 to 10 business days. I told him that would not work for me.

I paid in cash I wanted cash back today. He continued to state the corporate policy of 5 to 10 business days 4 more times. Very rude, condescending, and obnoxious. I have since called corporate customer service and customer care.

Same results. 5 to 10 business days.

No one can make an exception to expedite my check due to their policies and procedures. No one of authority would talk to me or call me back.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $399.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
