Not resolved

Originally was a nightmare due to incompetent opthamologists... but, has become a continued, worse nightmare due to LensCrafters.

One of the store managers knew what I went through at the opthamogists office and provided his word that they would make things right and provide a full refund even if it took past the 30 days to return once again to the incompetent eye doc. I have now spent months dealing first with the other store manager who basically called me a liar, never followed up, and did nothing to resolve the issue... to now calling, time after time for months, the LensCrafters "customer service" number and being assured each and every time I would get a return call from a manager. After still not receiving one contact from them, I called this last time to request that this be forwarded to their escalations department and again was assured I'd receive a call...

once again, to no avail. They are a compete sham. I am out $850...

and worst of all --- I still can't see! Disgusted.
