LensCrafters had to reorder 17 days later

I spent $467.09 out of a total of $759.09 (insurance coverage) I am nearly legally blind in the right eye. I started calling LensCrafters on the 12th day after the order was placed. I was told "No later than Tuesday or Wednesday Sept 11th or 12th. I was told on Sept 11th: "We don't have a tracking number. The order has been lost. We had to reorder yesterday. It's going to take a while." This could have been done nearly one week ago. No other response from LensCrafters management

Typical modern business ; establish something decent, then degrade it. They realized they could turn and additional 50 cents or a dollar profit by combining their lab facilities.Naturally, they have found the planning inadequate, and extended lead times are the inevitable result. Vote with your wallet , but don't be angry - it's fun to dump someone who has displeased you and perhaps you'll develop a better relationship somewhere else.

LensCrafters - Worst Service

Placed an order for sunglass 3 weeks back. No response yet. The store location is at Burlington MA. Called up the store , they could not even confirm when can i expect it. But while i placed the order , they promised for 2 weeks of time and now i have a doubt if i will get it in 2018 . Also i was planning to go for a vacation in February and now it is a complete mess.
