Just checked my email insurance 0 for my frames and lens. ) for my eye exam.I did not realize that you would make me a cash customer. I believe saying you would assume I'm cash only. Please cancel my appt I will find another eye Dr. that is more customer friendly.

MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL MY APPT AS I WILL FIND A NICER Person to take care of my family of 8.This will not be the last time you hear from me, I believe in customer service I believe your employer also feels the same way. I am friends with the head of marketing for the company you work for.

Your note is not friendly, made me feel like I was achild and in trouble with the eye doctor. I did not even look at my emails until after 6pm. This will be the center of our conversion at our bridge club next week.

Pleo, I agree & some people just want to complain. There was nothing offensive or unprofessional in that email. I think someone forgot to take their meds.

I must be missing something. The doctor's email was completely professional; I saw nothing rude or offensive. No, it wasn't "friendly" but the doctor isn't your friend.
