I spent $467.09 out of a total of $759.09 (insurance coverage) I am nearly legally blind in the right eye. I started calling LensCrafters on the 12th day after the order was placed. I was told "No later than Tuesday or Wednesday Sept 11th or 12th. I was told on Sept 11th: "We don't have a tracking

number. The order has been lost. We had to reorder yesterday. It's going to take a while."

This could have been done nearly one week ago.

No other response from LensCrafters management
