I have had it with lens crafters they are extremely rude either in person or over the phone! I will never go back there again for anything! I want a phone call today from coroporate. I emailed them and still waiting! I will not wait much longer before I call a reporter and have them on the news!

Lenscrafters - Eye Exam Review from Lawrenceville, Georgia

BAD SERVICE, I had my yearly exam done here and they never got my contact/glasses persctiption correct. I paid a little over $140.00 and walked a way not able to see. I went in the office 3 times after my initial visit and gave up after I was still u unable to see. I was not provided a refund due to their no refund policy!Please dont throw ur money away! Think how many times would u have to keep coming back? I can understand maybe a second try but three times!!!! I visited another eye doctor and walked out seeing perfectly fine!

I have had the same prescription for over 10 years with no change, I usually go in every year or two. I had just gotten new lenses on the expedition day, then a week later I lost my glasses and now I need a prescription, why? We're my new lenses only good for one day? Did they not think I would use them for a year, so pissed! They won't make me a pair without seeing the doctor. I will never go back to lenscrafters

came for adjustment at Sandhills LensCrafters branch in Columbia , SC, sat 45 minutes , employees are walking around and saying someone will come and after 1 hour one lady came . It took 30 seconds to fix , I was sitting for ONE HOUR... LensCrafters review in Loganville, Georgia: Kids replacement glasses

We have been customers of LensCrafters -Snellville Location For years. We know everyone at the store and my son feels very comfortable with the Dr. My son broke his glasses again and we took him in to get the glasses replaced - Dec 2014. They told us the replacement insurance expired 9/2014. The entire family goes here and no mention of this expiring. No warning. Nothing. I can not believe they would not send a reminder or anything to let us know. I get letter after letter regarding getting my check up . As long as we have been going and no exception. They do not care about customer and we will no longer shop at this store ever again .

Very disappointed at the inability of lenscrafter to deliver on the promis of customer satisfaction. I have purchased then upgraded and still can not use $500 glasses....I can not ever recommend this company. If LC is monitoring this social media I encourage a call. Stoe msnagets are bot able to silve the problem.

I don't like lenscrafters, either. But there is a lot wrong with this country.

But making up multiple blogs about a glasses company is a waste of time and a misrepresentation. I hope you disclose in these blogs that they are each one of many written by the same loser.

Lenscrafters- Gwinnett Place mall. I went in and actually got great service from the staff and Doctor. But then..i went into the lobby (which i was the only customer) and there was 1.a glasses tech 2.a sales rep (i think) and a friend of the sales rep. After walking around for a while i found a pair i liked, picked them up, and walked over for help from #2. He stated he would be over in a moment and continued talking to his friend so i went back to looking 20 min later he was not helping STILL. The glasses tech came out the back and was very helpful from start to finish to the purchasing process. So i gave him the commission. #2 came over eventually after the tech was ringing me up and looked irritated. Over all no complaints really but they need to fix the staff (sales reps) I LOVE THE TECH AND DOCTOR + the front desk eye exam staff. Hated the sales rep

How do you know that it was a friend's of the sales rep and not a customer the rep was finishing up with? LC Corporate has shaved off the hours that managers are allowed to give their reps to the point they are often understaffed.

Despite this, Corporate expects excellent, prompt service and high sales. It is like Corporate does not have their finger on the pulse of the business!

How do I know this? I've been told so by several LC employees.
