I am happy with my new glasses. However I was told they were covered by a warranty for one year.
What I was not told is that would cost me $34.99, which was added to my bill, and I didn't realize it until I got home. I should have been offered the OPTION of the protection plan, which I would have declined. It should have been included in the price for the glasses. This is a rip off.
Please send me a refund. I do not need 100 words in order to voice this complaint.
