I went to the LensCrafters website to book 2 appointments - one for myself (a new contact wearer) and one for my husband (a current contact wearer). When making the appointment, the system asks you to distinguish whether you are a current or new wearer of contacts because new wearers will need extra time for training.
When I arrived at my appointment (they kept us waiting for over 30 mintues), they assumed I was a current wearer. I explained my situation and the "technician" was very rude and told I would have to come back another time for training.
No apologies, nothing.
Why bother with the website if your are not going to use it to your advantage?
