I've been a customer at LensCrafters for over ten years now. With my insurance I was allowed to get a new pair of glasses every year.

It was 2014 when I noticed every year I went in my prescription changed. This meaning my eyes were deteriorating at an abnormally fast rate for a 21 year old. Again I went back, 2015,2016, and this year 2017, EACH of these prescriptions are different. This year I learned from an inexperienced tech.

I "may have" a stigma in my left eye. As he was unable to perform the puff test properly. I questioned it however the opt. Assured me it was a slight stigma.

So I switch insurances a few months later and go to another small owned store a few weeks ago only to learn the glasses they gave me in February with the adjusted lens had actually been creating a stigma and quickly got me the correct prescription. Needless to say I'm not entirely convinced this store isn't deliberately causing damage to customers eyes to ensure fire business...
