I purchases a pair of glasses with transition lenses at Lenscrafters.

Shortly after my warranty was over my lenses started to fade it looked like the coating was coming off.

I went to store and I was asked if I wore the glasses on my head because it could be fading due to the direct sun.

Really why would I were then on my head and not on my nose.

Anyway I was forced to continue to wear them till finally I could afford to get new.

At the place where i purchase the new lenses I was told that the lenses are defective.

I really like to have them checked I paid lots of money for them and for the store to claim that I baked my glasses it is a joke.

lenses are available for review if needed.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

LensCrafters Cons: Customer services and the quality of the glasses.

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Sounds like your lenses had heat damage. Left in a car or something.

Even if itโ€™s just one time for few minutes it could happen. Even if youโ€™ve done it before many times. They are not defective, this is neglect.

Also, after a year who knows what could have happened to the lenses. To say itโ€™s defective makes no sense.
