Wife purchased pair of sunglasses - expensive brand - no name as this is about Lenscrafters - have talked to sunglass company - frames supplied to Lenscrafters with understanding that Lenscrafters will provide follow up service - frame around lens snapped - after about 3 months - returned to the store - indifference on part of store staff hard to comprehend - take to the watch repair shop I was told.The glasses couldn't be repaired - your temporary gain is several hundred dollars - guessing here as to actual cost of replacing the frames - will either my wife or I ever go into Lenscrafters again?
