Sorry some of you had a bad experience with Lenscrafters.
We have been using them for years and never had one bad event. My wife and I just got new glasses on 4-18-08, we were waited on right away and there was no pressure to up grade. The sales man offered the up grades,explained them and let us make the choice.
Our glasses were ready on time and fitted by a friendly tech.
What's agrivating is what you have to go through to post a comment on this site. It's hardly worth the effort.
