I am highly disappointed at the service of this company. I am just thankful that I have another pair
glasses I can wear. I had left my prescription with them on April 19, 2009.They have called me 3 times to tell me my
glasses were ready only to get there and find that they weren't. After this I will never use LenCrafters again. Very very
poor customer service. I also did not appreciate as a customer how the
supervisor addressed me as you instead of by my given name. I have never been this dissatisfied with a company
