Lenscrafters complaint by Big nurse
I went to the lenscrafters in burbank even though i knew i shouldn't. Here is a list of reasons why i had a bad exp.

1.tried to push me into tests i didn't want. she acted like i slapped her in the face.

2.had me come back in a week to see if the trial pair felt comfortable.(i have worn contacts for years)

3.after the week they didn't have my contact in stock so then i would have to come back in another two weeks.(three weeks to get finished). had to drive to the store three times.

4.the year supply of monthly contacts lasted 5 months.

5.just tried to swithch from monthly to weekly and they said that my perscription was just for that particular type of lens (what a crock) and i should schedule another fitting with a doctor who will probally want to push more tests and more expensive lens.

well thank you lenscrafters i am now scheduling to have my lasik proceedure done. so i never have to enter one of your eye stores again.
