I will never use them again horrible service. I returned 3 times and they never resolved the problem. Frames never fit rite and lenses were never clear. Stay away is my advice. Add comment

Purchased a pair of Ray Ban frames from Lenscrafters at La Cantera shopping center. After 12 months, the color enamel started peeling off. About 18 months the enamel peeled off in several places on the frame front and back. I took care my glasses pretty good, and in some spots that are even impossible to get touched or scratched. I believe it is the poor quality of frame. Foley, Alabama Lens Crafters is a ripoff. Don't buy their warranty. Customer service is non existent and they are smug. Add comment

I bought a pair of eye glasses in August 2015. In April 2016, the right arm fell while I was taking my glasses off. So I took them back to Lens Crafters, they said the spring hinge broke. I have used my glasses for 8 months only. This is really not a long time for glasses ! I have been wearing glasses for 20 years now. I have always taken very good care of them and kept them for a very long time (considering the price for one pair, better be careful !) I have been a client of Lens Crafters for over 15 years (I am 81) and have always found the people to be an absolute delight with whom to work. They have given service beyond the call on many occasions. I keep popping the lens from the frame because I chose to go elsewhere for a special deal and they did not consider the lens dimension to the delicate frame was not appropriate. They would not re-set the lens without charge but the folks at L C did. Also they insisted I had to have a progressive lens instead of just a bi-focal. I hated it! I... Read more

I had an appt in LensCrafters and waited for ever to be seen in Florence ky mall location on dec 13 th 2015. I used the RX and my rt eye rx is blurry. I don't know what rx they wrote but it's not right. The front desk is slow to respond and they don't care about the problem I had. The front lady hand wrote the rx for me from doctors notes. They want me to come again and be seen to get right rx. Really. I'm not ever going there to waste a whole day and get no help. After having an exam at your location in norcross georgia which was over priced. I did a little research on the dr who is your lease holder. I find that not only has he failed to stay registered with the state of georgia under his web site name focus eye group but he had a prior company Called Excel Eye Care which he declared bankruptcy on and the one of his creditors was Steven Schock who was the prior owner. Worst service ever! Not only that the new employee that tried very hard to answer my questions without success could not answer any of my questions, the un-experienced manager, SUE, did not want to wait on me because, as she said, without a prescription I cannot help you! Science is that which is repeatable. Apparently not so at Lensecrafters. Two medical exams and three sets of lenses, throw in 6 round trips at 30 miles each equaling 180 combined miles. Eventually ended up with refund and prescription that fit from an independent for 30 percent less than the up sell at Lensecrafters. Not sure why 100 words are necessary when concise use of language is possible and more efficient. So I will add additional words simply to satisfy the requirements. I purchased a pair of prescription glasses here at the Reynoldsburg Ohio location and the sales person did not warn me of the underlying problems with Oakley brand .. Being as expensive they are I'll have to wear slippery glasses for two more years since the associate was in a hurry to make a sale .. I have to go in for adjustments every month .. Pls stay away from this lens crafters location . It doesn't seem like they know what they are doing .. Regards, Sandeep Read more
