LENSCRAFTERS - Avoid this chain! Think twice before dealing with LensCrafters I escelated the matter via my BBB complaint and then had input from David Bauer at HQ and it was agreed that LensCrafters would make up just one lens. (dbauer@luxotticaretail.com Rx Operations Manager (678) 472-8481) On Sat. 10/26 I returned to the Kennesaw location and had extensive discussions with the Manager and... Read more

Got glasses on 1/2 price lens special. Paid 514. Returned under 30 day guarantee. They fully honored guarantee. Checked Costco. Good frame selection, same lenses, hundreds of dollars less expensive. Just saying. Add comment

Either there is a monopoly on the lenses or there must be no limit rip off sale going on. This either means that some consumer protection agency needs to look into this. Eye glasses used to fall in 250-350 range now they are ranging 650-750. The next pricing will be 850-950. Even the insurance companies pay only $60 but like to get a high premium. So what service are they providing? I hope the... Read more

I went to the Lenscrafters located in the Fort Henry Mall in Kingsport, TN. I purchased a pair of frameless glasses. First of all, it took about four weeks to get the glasses. I picked them up and they were perfect, or so I thought! The glasses broke two days later. I took them back to the store and the guy in the lab fixed them. Two days later I took them back because they broke again. In all,... Read more

The BEST experience I've ever had at the eye clinic. The Dr. Orlich was funny, kind, and he knew his job extremely well. He was also able to explain a lot to me in a way I understood him :-) The associates also were Great - very kind and helpful in every way they could assist my needs. I was provided the best deal and they only sold me EXACTLY what I came in for & needed. I am super grateful... Read more

Purchased new pair of glasses and paid cash at the Auburn Mall, Auburn, Ma. Realized the frames were larger and heavier than originally pair I wanted so I returned a few days later. No problem returning however, I needed to have my refund mailed to me in the form of a check. That irritated because I wanted the refund to possibly find glasses elsewhere asap. I was told it usually takes 4 business... Read more

I bought glasses from VisionWorks before, but think LensCrafters' frames are better. I got trifocals from West Town Mall in Knoxville, and they are just what the doctor (next door) ordered! Dustin was thorough and his boss made sure the measurements were exact for tri's in smaller frames than I had before. He spelled out the costs and what my insurance would cover and what I would pay. He offered... Read more

Initially we selected a pair of frames for my son at Lenscrafters at Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs . The lab at the store said the lenses would work in the frames, but they would have to send them out. The store called back a few days later saying they wouldn't work after all. We picked out another pair that were sent out again. The lab couldn't do it, then they went to the wrong lab,... Read more

I suggest everyone to ask for a copy of their insurance claim. I believe I was victim of fraudulent claim by a sales person at the store on park place mall Add comment
