Purchased new pair of glasses and paid cash at the Auburn Mall, Auburn, Ma. Realized the frames were larger and heavier than originally pair I wanted so I returned a few days later. I bought glasses from VisionWorks before, but think LensCrafters' frames are better. I got trifocals from West Town Mall in Knoxville, and they are just what the doctor (next door) ordered! Dustin was thorough and his boss made sure the measurements were exact for tri's in smaller frames than I had before. He spelled out the costs and what my insurance would cover and what I would pay. Initially we selected a pair of frames for my son at Lenscrafters at Chapel Hills Mall in Colorado Springs . The lab at the store said the lenses would work in the frames, but they would have to send them out. The store called back a few days later saying they wouldn't work after all. I suggest everyone to ask for a copy of their insurance claim. I believe I was victim of fraudulent claim by a sales person at the store on park place mall Add comment

Elaine M Dolci has got to be the worst excuse for an eye doctor ever. She works in Merritt Island / Cocoa Florida area. Rude, impatient and unprofessional. Her push and shove method for fitting glasses and pushy sales angle we not appreciated. Dolci particularly should have a lesson in common courtesy and review her desire to continue with LensCrafters. I have been a Lenscrafter customer for over 15 years and bought many eye glasses there. I have always had the best service at the Fashion Square location. I retired and moved to Prescott in 2013. I went to the Princeton location over this weekend because I lost my prescription sunglasses. The salesperson that helped me did not have samples of gradient tinting i could refer to so she gave me a level 3 tint which ended being too dark. I couldn't see out of the glasses with that tinting. I am happy with my new glasses. However I was told they were covered by a warranty for one year. What I was not told is that would cost me $34.99, which was added to my bill, and I didn't realize it until I got home. I bought pair a glasses 2 years a go then bought 2 more pairs in jan 2014 pair of sun and a pair of transistion and the heat missed up the lens on the transistion they told me I had pay for it cause I didnt buy a warrenty on them bull *** I see if I broke them ya it on them for having defected lenses my old pair and sun glasses are fine they neeed fix it for now they lost my business so watch... Sears Optical also owned by Luxass. Piad for and exam that stopped and would not continue until I orderd glasses. Then would not give my my pupilary distances. The employees said it is company policy. I checked with Highmark and the PA attorney generals office and they say these are improper business practices andnot giving pup distances is iilegal.
