I finally got enough money to afford new glasses and went in to lenscrafters because they supposedly make them in an hour. First, where should read were, on my first post, to angry to proof read. I took my glasses to another vendor, they informed me that the anti-glare coating on my lenses was defective, and should be replaced, no questions asked. I bought a $760 pair of glasses, my cost. They were suppose to be top of the line everything on a 50% off sale. Lens coating is so poor, that they scratch by just washing them. I took them back after 6 months. The manager told me that my lens where damaged, because I washed them in hot water. The hinge on my frames came apart after 11 months & I was told they couldn't be fixed. Also I was out of luck as far as lens rafters standing behind their frames. Very disappointed and will not recommend. Add comment

Went in and bought glasses about a year and a half ago, used a prescription from my own doctor. Now I can't stop getting phone calls first from the store and now from an 888 number about getting an eye exam, I've never used their doctors. Told the people at the store I had my own doctor. The employees in the Battlefield Mall store in Springfield, MO act like you are bothering them if you call them on the phone. When you go into the store several of the young employees are real rude and they act like smartelics. Add comment
