My family and I have been going to LensCrafters for years for our eye care and the last few times we have visited have been extremely disappointing. This time I decided that I wanted both glasses and contact lenses...big mistake. I guess I should have gone to Four Eyes instead. I have a very strong prescription so naturally I expected that I wouldn't walk out with both glasses and contacts that... Read more

I visited Lenscrafters in College Station,Tx on 02-05-2016 and was not impressed. While the associates were polite and all had college rings they offer nothing as far as help in finding frames that would fit and be appropriate for the client. While I was there,I along with at least 6 other people were told to just find a frame they liked. When questioned about being measured or what frames they... They said that it happened because I left the sunglasses in the sunglasses section of my car. They said that the lenses do not tolerate sun. I had bought several pairs of glasses... Read more

I learned the hard way the Lenscrafter is only money motivated. First, you think it's top level, you have an eye doctor give you an exam. OK. Then the prescription goes to some retail trained person who looks up charts and lenses and then pushes upgrades and expensive frames. These people are clueless in eyecare, they are only trained to sell you a product. The buy one get one deals etc and... Read more
